We have a simple booking process. You can book your slot by calling us or by visiting The Dotball. You have pay minimum advance amount or full amount while confirm your booking.

Yes, we provide 2 Bats, 1 Tennis Ball, 2 Stump Set
You have to inform us 48 hours before your slot time to cancel your booking. If you inform us before 48 hours, we will refund all of your amount you paid.
For Example, If you have booked your slot for 10:00 AM on 10th June, you have to inform us before 10:00 AM on 8th June to cancel your booking.
Pro tip: In case you miss the deadline for cancellation, We may be able to accommodate your cancellation if we receive another booking for the same slot. In that case, we will refund the full amount. To increase your chances of a refund, please inform us as early as possible about your cancellation.
